I am sorry if this has been answered, I am still trying to figure out the new xda search that doesn't seem to work for me.

When I apply any tweaks, my search bar goes black like I have dark theme on but I do not. Anyone else have this issue?

So its is because the android system was set to default black, but I cannot change the alpha/transparency, only solid colors.

No update needed for September OTA

No update required for October OTA but a fresh install is required. Just disable the Substratum overlays then completely remove the Magisk module for this mod and reboot. Once you reboot flash the Magisk module and reboot. You can now enable the Substratum overlays and reboot if needed.

I looked at it briefly and it will take some work as a lot has changed. I don't have a pixel device atm but should have a shinny new one by the end of the week. Once I get started on A12 expect small frequent updates as I figure out the mods all over. I plan on starting with grid and navigation bar stuff first and slowly build it up to what it currently is on A11. I do have some ambitions for A12, but only time will tell if my ideas will come to be.

A quick update for those waiting for A12 support. First I will only maintain one thread once I release the A12 mod. It will be located in the Pixel 6 Pro threads. I will put a link in the OP once it's released. So far I got most of it working with the exception of statusbar colors, search bar removal, at a glance removal and a few color issues with the light theme on the launcher. I am going to focus on fixing the color issues on the light theme and on the removal of search and at a glance. Once I get that sorted I will post it.

I just released this mod for A12. It is based on the November OTA for the Pixel 6 Pro. As of right now I have no confirmation if it will work on any other Pixel device. Link below.

I'll compare and if needed make specific mod for you guys. I have a feeling older pixels will need separate flash file for a while.

Someone sent me the Pixel 5 files and there were noticeable differences between that and Pixel 6. Since the Pixel 4 variants have been using the same mod as Pixel 5 for some time now I have a feeling that that one will work for Pixel 4 variants as well. I posted them on post 4 of the main thread.
